You can get ED medicine such as Levitra in Tokyo, Japan. You do not have to have a medical insurance. Just go to ED clinic and register.  No ID is required.  Meet Dr. and tell him you need one. If you are using other medicine, you have to discuss with the Dr.  Go back to the casher and pay.  Done.
